Our initial contact with this business was with a lady called Pam over the telephone. She was so very pleasant, helpful, informative & efficient providing us with a storage plot for our caravan. Other staff that we came into contact with were brilliant too. The smooth hand over when we arrived to put our caravan in storage was excellent. You can see why this business has a platinum rating. The security is outstanding but very easy to follow. We were well impressed. Plenty of space on the storage plots. There is even a Elsan emptying point, water taps & spotlessly clean toilet for customers to use. We didn’t use our full months of storage & received money back. That’s service for you. This business is highly recommended. Thank you!

Excellent caravan storage, highly secure with CCTV, ANPR coupled to your fob or card to get in and out of the place and someone onsite during opening hours!

Great facility and very secure. Excellent service received so far. Thank you. You have to work around their access times, which are pretty decent to be fair, and I’d much rather have the extra security rather than longer access.
